Park Rules

Observance of our rules and regulations for all guests will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. The owner reserves the right to immediately evict any person who fails to comply with any one or more of these rules and regulations. There will be no refunds.

Rent must be paid on time or in advance. Payments made after the due date will be charged an additional $20.00 per day late payment fee. Customers will be charged an additional $100 fee for damage, debris, or pet droppings left in an RV campsite upon departure. The campground accepts cash, check, debit or credit cards. Check in time is 12:00pm, and check out time is 11:30 AM. No refunds for early departures.  We are not responsible for any accidents, damage, personal property lost or stolen, or for injury to persons, cars, RVs, or any other personal property on the premises.

Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with these rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. All overnight visitors must register. A maximum of 4 persons, 3 pets, and 2 cars are allowed per camp site unless approved by the owner (additional fees may apply). Any camper who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.

Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the dumpster. There is no trash pickup at your site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. You are responsible for payment of professional sewer service in case of an obstruction caused by you or anyone in your camping party. Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site.  Illegal substances are not allowed on premises.  This rule is strictly enforced and violators will be evicted from the premises without refund. We do not allow clotheslines. Due to noise, generators are only to be used during emergencies. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Check with the Campground Host before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. If there are any problems or damages at your site please inform us immediately. No fires are permitted anywhere on the campground premises.  However, fire rings may be permitted with special permission from the owner.  Charcoal and gas grills are permitted.

No loud music. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Attend to children at all times and do not let them wander around other campers’ sites without permission.

Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and other dogs known to have spontaneous aggressive behavior are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on a hand held leash, chain, or securely fenced inside a removable/temporary fence at your site.  They must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age any time they leave your campsite. Everyone is expected to clean up after their pet and dispose of it properly (bagged and placed in the dumpster). Failure to clean up after your pet subjects you to immediate eviction from the park.  Do not leave your pet unattended if it tends to bark excessively or be disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your RV, please notify the campground host (308-765-4260) and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of an emergency.

Do not allow children to play near the east or west border ditches without supervision. There may be deer, turkeys, pheasants, owls, ducks, squirrels, foxes, frogs and other creatures that you may see in the park. Do not harm any wildlife in this park. If an animal is bothering you please notify the campground host. Help us maintain our natural state by not defacing, cutting, driving nails into or attaching objects to trees, bushes or light poles.

Observe the maximum speed of 10 miles per hour throughout the park and watch for children, pets and wildlife. Drive on the roads only. Do not use pull-thru spaces as short cuts. Parking is allowed in your campsite ONLY, unless specified by the owner. Do not park in unoccupied RV sites without prior owner approval. Visitor and overflow parking is in front of the picnic area and in front of the office. For your safety, no motorized scooters, roller blades, or skate boards are allowed.

A bathroom with shower facility is located in back of the office building. All customers will be welcome to use these facilities as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. The bathrooms will be cleaned with antibacterial cleaners for your protection. If there are any problems please let us know immediately. Shower curtains should be kept closed and tucked inside the shower stall in order to keep the floors dry. Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash, but please do not use these for your regular RV trash. Do not wash dishes or utensils in the bathrooms. Children are not allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms or buildings.

Absolutely no use of firearms, explosives, illegal drugs, or fireworks of any kind in the campground.
