Observance of our rules and regulations for all guests will ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
Rent must be paid in advance. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, or Discover cards. Check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check out time is 11:00 AM. Contact the office for late departure rates. No refunds for early departures.
Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with these rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to inform them of such. All overnight visitors must register at the office. A maximum of 4 persons and 2 cars are allowed per campsite. Any visitor who does not follow these rules and regulations will be asked to vacate the premises.
AT YOUR CAMPSITE
Everyone is expected to keep their site clean and orderly. All trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster. There is no trash pickup at your site. All sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed only at your site. Illegal substances are not allowed on premises. This rule is strictly enforced and violators will be evicted from the premises immediately without refund. We do not allow clotheslines and please do not wash autos or RV’s with a hose. Oil changes and other such types of vehicle maintenance are not allowed but other minor fixes may be. Check with the office before performing any vehicle maintenance or repair. If there are any problems or damages at your site please inform us immediately.
No wood campfires are permitted which includes fire rings, fire pits, barrels, etc. Charcoal and gas grills are permitted.
No loud music. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Attend children at all times and do not let them wander around other peoples’ sites without their permission.
Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and other dogs known to have spontaneous aggressive behavior are not allowed in the park. Pets must be on a handheld leash or securely fenced inside a removable/temporary fence at your site. They must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years of age anytime they are outside. Everyone is expected to clean up after their pet and dispose of it properly (bagged and taken to the dumpster). Failure to clean up after your dog subjects you to a $25 fine per witnessed incident, or immediate eviction from the park. Do not chain your pet outside or leave it unattended inside if it tends to bark excessively or be disruptive to your neighbors. If you must leave your pet inside your RV, please notify the office and leave a phone number where you can be contacted in case of an emergency.
TREES & WILDLIFE
Do not allow children to play near the border ditches without supervision. There may be deer, turkeys, ducks, squirrels, foxes, frogs and other creatures that you may see in the park. Do not harm any wildlife in this park. If an animal is bothering you please notify the campground host.Help us maintain our natural state by not defacing, cutting, driving nails into or attaching objects to trees, bushes or light poles.
DRIVING AND PARKING
Observe the maximum speed of 10 miles per hour throughout the park and watch for children, pets, and wildlife. Drive on the roads only. Do not use pull-thru spaces as shortcuts. Park in your own site or in an overflow parking lot. Parking is allowed in front of or behind your camper. Do not park in unoccupied RV sites without prior office approval. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be. Visitor and overflow parking is in front of the picnic area. For your safety, no motorized scooters, roller blades, or skateboards are allowed.
BATHROOMS & SHOWERS
Bathrooms and showers are currently under construction. When available, bathrooms with shower facilities will be located in the back of the main building. All customers will be welcome to use these facilities as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the rules. The bathrooms will be cleaned with antibacterial cleaners for your protection. If there are any problems please let us know immediately. Shower doors should be kept closed in order to keep
the floors dry. Trash from bathroom use may be put in the bathroom trash, but please do not use these for your regular RV trash. Do not wash dishes or utensils in the bathrooms. Children are not allowed to use these facilities without adult supervision. Any damages will be the responsibility of the parent or supervising adult. Smoking is not allowed in the bathrooms or buildings.
Absolutely no use of illegal drugs, explosives, or fireworks are allowed in the campground.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE RULES
We reserve the right to immediately evict any person who fails to
comply with these rules and regulations. There will be no refunds.
